Little Dragons - (Tae Kwon Do)

Specifically designed for kids ages 4-7, our Little Dragon program emphasizes focus, discipline, and respect. Classes are 30 minutes long followed by 15 minutes of one-on-one evaluation. Games and music are incorporated to keep the interest and attention of these young martial artists. Parents can expect increased coordination, attention span, and listening skills as well as improved attitude and fitness as a result of this program. In the Little Dragons program, we lay the groundwork for respectful, confident, capable martial artists.

Juniors - (Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, Thai Boxing)

The Junior curriculum is designed for ages 8-12. The basis of this program is self control, self respect, and self defense. The curriculum is broken down in a way that allows kids to progress physically at an accelerated rate. In class we break down the basics to guarantee proper form and conditioning. Classes are taught through praise and recognition, encouraging kids to have a positive attitude and make the right choices on their own. Our goal is to create good habits in life as well as in martial arts

Adult - (Hap Ki Do/Thai Boxing/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu)

Our adult curriculum is designed to give an excellent cardio workout while providing practical self-defense skills. Joint locks, pressure points, autonomically correct striking, trapping, throws, and grappling are all incorporated into this program which was developed to create preparedness for real world self defense situations and physical fitness
